🎉 We are proud to participate in Mass Cultural Council’s Card to Culture program in collaboration with the Department of Transitional Assistance, the Department of Public Health’s WIC Nutrition Program, and the Massachusetts Health Connector. This initiative helps expand cultural access for low-income and working families across Massachusetts.
As part of our commitment to inclusion, the Hispanic & Latinx Festival 2025 proudly welcomes EBT, WIC, and ConnectorCare cardholders. All cardholders will receive free general admission and access to all cultural activities, performances, and family-friendly programming during the festival.

📍 Location: Lowell National Historical Park, Boarding House Park
🕐 Time: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM
No pre-registration is necessary for cardholders. Simply present your valid EBT, WIC, or ConnectorCare card at the welcome booth for free entry and a festival wristband. Some experiences may have limited capacity and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
